We usually ship immediately or within minutes after successful payment. During peak periods, it will take no more than 24 hours.

  1. Is there automatic renewal or a subscription?

No. All products are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

  1. Can I get a refund or return?

As this is a digital product, the transaction is considered complete upon delivery, and refunds or returns are generally not supported (Final Sale).

If the download link is still valid, you can download it multiple times within the validity period. For any issues, please contact customer service for assistance.

No. All products are for personal or single-use commercial purposes only and resale, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.
